Faith-Based & Fundamentals Curriculum
We use Fundamentals and Sonlight curricula to give your preschooler and Kindergartner a well rounded Christ centered learning experience! With the Fundamentals curriculum, your child will have fun learning using theme-based lessons. The Sonlight Curriculum incorporates faith-based lessons to help your child learn their value, the value of others, and how special each person is to God and how He has a purpose for everything, and everyone.

Fun & Different Approach to Learning
We exist to offer families another option for educating their child. Many parents would love to be in control of their child's learning, but haven't any idea about how to homeschool or the different options involving homeschooling. We enable families to homeschool who thought they couldn’t because of lack of support, a lack of time, or a lack of know-how. Others join just because it’s easy and fun and they’re confident of the quality of education their child receives. We use the Sonlight curriculum for our 1st through 3rd grade students. Although we know that microschool is not for everyone as every child and family is unique, we would be delighted to give more information to anyone interested! For as long as I can remember, we have wanted to be a teacher! I’m a mom of 5 wonderful children. I also have 3 awesome grandchildren!
I possess a Child Development Associate Credential and an Associate of Arts in Teaching, complemented by over 17 years of experience in childcare, including four years dedicated to working with children with disabilities. During my tenure with the school district, I also served as a parent liaison , fostering close collaboration with families, schools, and the community to ensure access to available resources for their children. My responsibilities further included providing and facilitating families with a smooth transition from home to school learning.
I envision my preschool being a place where our children can experience the love of Christ through an enriching literacy,play, and faith based curriculum. Children will also become aware of their value and worth at an early age so that they can walk in the dominion, confidence, and the stability that God intended for us to have from the beginning, all the while becoming readers, writers, critical thinkers, and life long learners!
With this confidence, they will become productive citizens and kingdom ambassadors in this world.

Need a little help with ELA? No problem! We have tutoring for K-6. Each session lasts an hour and is $25/hour. A $10 non refundable deposit is required. There is a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive after the grace period, a $5 late fee will be collected BEFORE the session begins in addition to the remainder of the balance that is due. Virtual tutoring available!

More About Classes Offered
The Language Arts Class is offered independent of the preschool classes. It is for grades K-3. Language Arts is a self paced class that is online through Google Classroom for home-school children that need a supplement in this subject. Work is uploaded weekly and should be completed by the end of the week. A live class will be done weekly to check in and offer assistance if needed. Links are given when necessary, and worksheets uploaded can be printed out and used. We do not grade the work, but give it as a supplement. Materials needed to complete the work are listed in Google Classroom.
